Dave is now in Egypt for a week. We miss him a lot and wonder what he is seeing. Before he left for NYC Thomas told him his train and plane had been canceled because "you love your son too much."

That's a great picture of Dave and Thomas, made even more poignant given Devan's situation. Here's hoping a donor comes quickly for Devan.
Good work there, Thomas. I'd like some more information on the lava/pearl situation, if possible, for a project I'm working on. Also, I heard from some other people on that canceled train and plane, and they didn't seem quite as into the poignancy of the reason.
Also, Grandpa Peter has yet to cook me anything on his visits to the Northwest?
